Joan Jett will be the subject of a new documentary out later this year. The documentary titled Bad Reputation named after her 1981 album, the documentary follows Jett's career from her first guitar at age 13 all the way to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, as Jett struggled to be taken seriously as a woman playing rock n' roll. The film will feature musicians commentary from Billie Joe Armstrong, Iggy Pop, and Pete Townsend. Bad Reputation will premiere September 28th on iTunes and Amazon
