A trip to Bow WA for oysters brought me to drink a Ninkasi. I haven't had one in ages, and I'm not sure why. The IPA was quite delicious. Ninkasi, out of Oregon, has been brewing for almost 20 years. They have a great array of beer styles, and sometimes I see the variety packs for sale. Not sure why I've waited so long to try one again! It's hard to beat a cold beer and fresh oysters. If you find yourself in Bow, treat yourself to The Oyster Bar on Chuckanut Drive. It's worth it!
