While I enjoy most any type of beer, many of you know I love hops. Which means it should be no surprise that I really enjoyed a collaboration beer from Ecliptic Brewing and Boneyard Beer. STARPM IPA is part of Ecliptic’s 2023 Cosmic Collaboration series.
STARPM IPA brings together their flagship beers...Ecliptic’s Starburst IPA and Boneyard’s RPM IPA,. Both of the original beers are heavily hopped,, featuring Citra, Simcoe, Centennial, Azacca and Amarillo hops for a delightfully tropical flavor with citrus notes. Most every brewer I've spoken to says the beer industry is very supportive and collaborative. I really enjoy seeing that come to life with these brewery combos. Good stuff all around!!!
