Took a trip over to Vashon Island last weekend. Wanted to explore a new part of Washington, and take advantage of a weekend of nice weather. We stopped into Camp Colvos Brewing, and had some amazing beers. They have a great outdoor space, some covered, some not. Tons of tables to spread out and enjoy the brew. They had some nice varieties, We had the Buckhorn IPA and the Kolsch. Both were outstanding. Bought a bottle of the Brett Saison to try out later. I was super impressed with their beer. Lots of flavor, perfect temp, perfect carbonation and styles to satisfy all tastes. I'll have to make a return trip to try out their stout. If you find yourself on Vashon, check it out. And good news if you're a mainlander...just found out they have a location in Tacoma too.
