This week I had a beer from a brewery out of Nevada. Revision Brewing Company. I had 'Hop Anatomy', just in time for the return of Grey's Anatomy! Hop Anatomy is a pale ale. I loved this beer. Hop forward, smooth, well carbonated...very tasty. The pine and citrus come through. This beer clocks in at 5.5% ABV meaning you could enjoy several. I would have liked to enjoy several. Why did I only buy one?!?!?! This is a really solid beer, and I look forward to trying more from this brewery!
