When it comes to fences and deer, the fence usually wins. It's no different in this story. In the town of Ramapo, New York and deer got its head stuck in a fence and had to be rescued. The police and fire department did this by using a hydraulic tool to bend the bars of the fence enough for the deer to pull its head out and run away.
