Elf On The Shelf is a lot of fun! Moving it around every night so the kids can find it every morning is a lot of fun but it is also a lot of work remembering to do it every night! Thankfully, a judge in Georgia has come to the rescue. He has banned Elf On The Shelf in Cobb County Georgia so parents have an excuse not to do it. He did state, however, that you will not be in contempt if you choose to participate in the tradition.
