San Diego police found themselves in a similar situation when they began a high speed chase with a stolen tow truck! Well, it was a chase but 10 mph is hardly high speed. The man inside the stolen truck called dispatchers and claimed that if he stopped a bomb would go off. After getting the truck stopped, the police found no bomb.
