An 18 year old in Wisconsin was pulled over due to having a car that was too festive. The car in question had Christmas lights wrapped all around it which is illegal on public roads. The officer who pulled him over took a picture to post and commented that she loves the lights but it is in fact against the law. The teenage driver said he has kept the lights on the car but will not turn them on while driving.
