Sometimes we need a little help from our friends, or in this case one bear needed a little help from the Placer Sheriff's Office to get himself out of a strange predicament!
Placer County deputies found this poor bear, named for the white fur on his chest, Monday near Lake Tahoe the video below was recorded the via dashcam video.
