Ballard is full of so many amazing breweries. Sometimes it's hard to keep track because there are so many new ones, and expansions and some even move. This week I went to one I haven't been to in about 7 years. Shameful! When I first visited Populuxe Brewing it was a nano. They have now expanded and it's big and beautiful. I went with friends Mark and Chastity, who assured me the beer would be great. They were right! There is a nice selection, and the space itself is big and really comfortable. There is tons of outdoor seating. We had the 'Beer Snob Brown' and 'Steady Eddie IPA'. Yum. I liked that there was a good variety of beer styles. The beer was all excellent, and I vow to return...and not in 7 years.
