A California home that once belonged to Tom Petty is up for sale - if you've got an extra $5 million lying around. The three-story Encino mansion was built in 1989 after Petty's old house burned down in 1987, a fire that reportedly inspired the song "I Won't Back Down".
The 11,400-square-foot house includes a pool with a waterfall, a spa, outdoor kitchen, gym, and pool house with full living quarters. It also features a lovely view of the canyon.
