This week's photos will be a bit more of a challenge, as Sarah's Beaver visits a Seattle neighborhood she hasn't been to before. Our Fair City used to have some interesting buildings, but they've mostly been bulldozed, replaced by cheaply built crap that looks like it came out of a box of Legos. The world famous Hat-N-Boots gas station on East Marginal was...sort of...saved and moved to a park in Georgetown, but...The Twin Teepees are long gone from Aurora, the Blob Building in Lower Queen Anne got bulldozed...and this strange landmark could be the last in town...and it still lends its name to the neighborhood.
If you can tell Danny and Sarah where her Beaver has been Friday morning, you could win a pair of tickets to see some Bona-Fide Tori-pleasing PROG ROCK in the form of Todd Rundgren's Utopia Friday June 1st in the historic Moore Theater!
As always, the phone number to use is 1-800-252-1025...good luck, and Happy Beaver Hunting!
