Going out for Korean food is fun, because the portions are shareable, the food is delicious, and it's a great place to go with friends. We love Korean Bamboo in Belltown. This week, we went with Rick Jones and Apryl. We ordered a ton of food, but of course started the night with some Korean beer and soju. We all drank Korean beer Hite, and also decided to try a grapefruit soju that was delicious. Hite is the perfect lager to drink with spicy Korean food. You don't want a heavy IPA or a Hef. We were having so much fun that we forgot to take food pictures. But, of course there are beer shots, check them out below!
