Last month I went to Minneapolis for the first time, to check out a Twins game. This is part of my mission to visit all of the ballparks. I LOVED the park. Met some great folks, had some great food, and of course, sampled many beers. Highlights? El Rey IPA at Owamni by the Sioux Chef. This spot features a decolonialized menu. Ingredients from Indigenous food producers...and that goes for the booze too. La Dona Cerveceria is all about Latino and Minnesota culture. The beer? Super tasty, good stuff. I'd like to go back to check out the food menu at Owamni. It looked amazing, and many of us only know foods with wheat, sugar and dairy! If you find yourself in Minn check it out, drink beer from El Dona AND, take in a ball game!!!
