Had a beer this week out of my wheelhouse. Hoppin' Honey Braggot Ale from Rooftop Brewing. Found this in a can, and took the leap. It's a style similar to mead. Thus the honey. A braggot is sort of a combo between mead and beer. This one is malty, and sweet, and fruity. There is a lot going on!! This is not an every day drinker, for several reasons. One, it's full bodied and a flavor bomb. Two, it's 11%! Share this one, trust me. If you like to try new beers, or don't love all the IPA's that are out there, OR are friends with Winnie the Pooh, give this one a shot. Cheers!
