Bruce Springsteen Day Declared In New Jersey & Classic Rock History

Bruce Springsteen Day has been declared in New Jersey. The governor announced it will happen on the boss’s birthday, September 23rd.

In the History of Rock in 1969 – Bob Dylan’s former backing band, simply known as The Band, make their first stand-alone appearance at the Fillmore West in San Francisco.

In 1991 – Nirvana appeared at the OK Hotel in Seattle, where they played a new song, 'Smells Like Teen Spirit', live for the first time ever.

And in 2015 – Eagles' drummer Don Henley settled his lawsuit with the Duluth Trading Company after the apparel makers sent promotional emails to their customers urging them to "Don a Henley and Take It Easy".
