A special release beer for the blog this week. Thanks to my friends at Eastside Beer Week for getting me this tasty treat. Postdoc has come out with this year's official Eastside Beer week beer, and it's delicious! East vs Zest is available in cans, and on draft. And it's super tasty. Postdoc Brewing collaborated w/ other Eastside brewers Bickersons Brewhouse, Formula Brewing, Underground Brewing, & Volition Brewing for this IPA. Notes of orange zest, orange flesh, mixed citrus, and stone fruit make for a super yummy beer.
