Police in Florida are chasing a man who stole a jet ski. Luckily for them, he can't get it to start and kind of just drifts away. After borrowing a boat from some fishermen, they quickly caught up to the thief and told him to swim to the boat. His reply? "I can't swim." Why are you stealing a jet ski if you can't swim?
