Jinx the cat, known for its gigantic eyes was just named the mayor of Hell! Sadly, not the actual Hell but a town in Michigan that is named Hell. They have a tradition of naming an honorary mayor for the day but it has always been people. Now this creepy looking cat is finally getting the title it deserves!
