Watch The Beatles Get Back Trailer, McCartney On Lennon's Song Now and Then

“The Beatles: Get Back” will be hitting Disney+ next month, and a trailer for the three-part documentary has just been released. The docuseries is compiled from nearly 60 hours of unseen footage shot over 21 days, directed by Michael Lindsay-Hogg in 1969, and from more than 150 hours of unheard audio, most of which has been locked in a vault for over half a century. Jackson is the only person in 50 years to have been given access to this Beatles treasure trove, all of which has now been brilliantly restored. “The Beatles: Get Back” will premiere on Disney+ on November 25th, 26th and 27th.

More Beatles news, because they are the Beatles. Paul McCartney has announced that he still hopes to complete “Now and Then,” an unfinished Beatles song originally written by John Lennon. Yoko Ono gave the surviving Beatles members demos that he’d recorded at home. “Free as a Bird” and “Real Love” were finished and included in the band’s Anthology series. The third song, “Now and Then,” has not yet been completed.
