A trip to Bellevue had me eating and drinking at Cascadia Pizza Co. This is in the old Bellevue Brewing Company spot. They are serving BBC beers, and making some fantastic pizzas. The pizza is thin and crispy, with plentiful toppings. I had the Schwarzbier Black Lager, while Matt had the Uno Mas Lager. Both were fantastic. Let's be honest, it's hard to beat beer and pizza!!
