For my beer blog this week I had a delightful beer from our partners over at Silver City Brewery. They sent over some of their classics, and a few tap room exclusives. The Prickly Pear Pale Ale was outstanding. And the color! It had hints of prickly pear, as opposed to being too fruity. It wasn't sweet, instead just tangy and refreshing. And beery. Win win. Silver City Brewery beers are in stores throughout Western Washington, pick some up, you won't be disappointed.
