Fresh Hop Season was particularly delightful this year. We went to Capitol Hill to check out the beer bar Last Drop Bottle Shop. They have a ton of beer in cans/bottles, but also a LOT of taps. They had local, a few from Cali, and lots of variety. It's always fun to try something from a brewer yo haven't tried yet. Out of Spokane, I had a brew from Lumberbeard Brewing. Disco Weapon. It had everything you want in a fresh hop. Citrus, Floral, Centennial hops give this a great bitterness. Lumberbeard have been around since 2018. I haven't been to Spokane in a while...but I'll continue to look for their beer here in SEA!
