My friends over at Eastside Beer week dropped off some beers for us at KZOK, including some deliciousness from Watts Brewing out of Woodinville. What a nice treat, a taster of Kolsch, Amber and IPA. Kolsch is the perfect style for the summer. Amber is a classic, and of course I loved the IPA. zThis IPA had such a nice flavor and aroma, and I quickly fell in love. Thiolized IPA was scrumptious, even though II have no idea what the name means. It has something to do with yeast, and what you do to make beer awesome. Watts is a small independent brewer who are very very worthy of your support. They're brewing great beer in great styles, with a little something for all tastes. Cheers!
