A new beer from Georgetown this week! A collab with Boneyard Beer! called Draft Only. I had it ON DRAFT at Queen Anne Beerhal. They describe it it a classic, but modern, West Coast IPA that uses public domain hops that have been available for over 30 years.
I've heard over the years that some hops have been hard to come by. That there is high demand for certain hops. I love that this is a public domain hops. I could grow this in my yard! If I knew how to grow hops. What a fabulous flavor. Spruce. Floral aroma. Hibiscus. Lot's going on in this delightful beer. The taplist is always changing at Queen Anne Beerhall, making it a super fun place to stop in for food and drink. And once again, Georgetown does not disappoint.
