A trip to a new (ish) brewery this week for the beer blog! Fast Fashion in Lower Queen Anne. We had one good day of weather last week, so I walked down there to check it out. The inside is modern industrial. Bare bones. Very cool wall paint though. Ramen, beer, fun and cool. They also have big windows that open up to let the fresh air in. I tried the IPA and Matt had a German Pilsner. Mignonette for me, a delightful dry hop flavorful hop bomb. Crop Top Pilsner, with the right balance of hop, bitterness and lightness. A+! If you're heading to Climate Pledge Arena, the Space Needle or just generally around this part of Seattle, stop by for some tasty brew!
