A tasty brew from Fort George Brewery out of Oregon this week. Ceiling of Stars, which is a West Coast pilsner. It's crisp, and light but still has a nice hop flavor. They describe it as a combo of an IPA and a German pilsner. That's spot on. Sometimes it seems pilsners are a little too devoid of flavor. Not the case with CoS. Fort George makes an excellent array of beers, in many styles, it's hard to go wrong if you give them a shot.
