I love going to a brewery where you know exactly what you're going to get. Like with Georgetown, you're going to love a Bodhi or a Manny's or a 9 lb Porter. But I also love visiting a brewery where everything is new and different. Every time I head into Holy Mountain they have something new. I went in to try their Fresh Hop, as I've been on a mission to try every Fresh Hop I can this season. They had two on tap, and one was right up my alley. The Cone and Cone Fresh Hop was so hoppy, and smooth and smelled of my version of heaven. They did also have the Black Beer on tap and in cans, which seems to be a bit of a mainstay. And some of those cans came home with me as it's one of my all time favs. To sum up, old and new, beer is good. :-)
