A trip up to Bothell for the beer blog this week. I met some friends at Good Brewing. I'd been to their since closed Woodinville location, but this one is on the newer side. I've been drinking a ton of IPA for Fresh Hop season, so I decided to mix it up with their 'Something Dark' stout. It's a perfect beer for this time of year. It's roasty, malty and has some hints of chocolate. It's smooth and full bodied without weighing you down. And at 5% ABV I was able to enjoy more than one. They have several locations and really nice tap rooms. Cheers!
