Sarah's Beer of the Week 09.28.2023

Tis the season. FRESH HOP SEASON! This year one of the first ones I wanted to try was Fremont's Cowiche Canyon Fresh Hop Ale. It comes out once a year and it's fantastic. This year was no exception. It's hoppy, not bitter, smells and tastes amazing. 6% ABV. Fremont says: We make Cowiche Canyon ale in partnership with hop-growing wizards from the Yakima Valley in an effort to expand the organic hop industry in Washington State...Because Organic Hops Matter! A portion of all sales fund the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy. Basically it's heaven in a glass. Is that too extreme? I kid you not, after Christmas, Fresh Hop Season is my favorite time of year. Even before Thanksgiving and that one has pumpkin pie. Most every PNW brewer will have a fresh hop, don't miss out. And grab up Fremont's Cowiche Canyon Fresh Hop while you can! Cheers.
