Tynt Meadow is a Trappist ale...brewed by monk. In England. Wow. In fact, it's the ONLY Trappist brewery in England. This 7.4% beer pours a rich dark brown, and smells a bit fruity and chocolatey. It's full bodied and malty. It made me think a little about chocolate covered raisins. But, it's not a sweet beer! It's quite different and complex. I can see myself drinking more of this one as the weather continues to cool down! Cheers.
