Ballard is home to a great many breweries. Time for a trip to Obec Brewing! Obec means community in Czech. They have a huge space, indoor and outdoor, for those in the community to gather! It's a pretty great space. There are plenty of food trucks around. The staff is super friendly. But onto the beer! I had a sampler, with IPA, a Czech Pils and a Czech dark. All outstanding. Matt had a Belgian Triple. Not my favorite style but he loved it. They have a style for every beer drinker, as well as wines and NA options as well. There's a reason to head to Ballard to check out the beer scene, and Obec is one of those reasons. Na zdraví
