his week Matt and I shared a tallboy of Breakside Noble Pilsner. Breakside Brewery is out of Portland, Oregon and brews a ton of delicious beer. This is a seasonal lager, and it's damn tasty. They describe it as having the maltiness of a Helles, and the hop intensity of a lager. What I say it is, is the perfect warm weather beer. It's light and refreshing but not too light on flavor. You're still getting the malt and hops. It smells fantastic. And it's crisp and well carbonated. I wonder if this one might stick around since it's a pretty perfect beer! You'll find their beers throughout WW, hopefully it makes its way to your fridge.
