For me, the Autumn weather means bigger beers, and more flavor. But it also means hoppy beers. I wanted to make sure to get as much fresh hop this year as possible. This week I picked up some Two Beers Fresh Hop. I must say, Two Beers Brewing makes super beer, and yet I haven't had one in ages. They have a great tap room, and all their varieties are top notch. Their fresh hop is chock full of flavor. It's a tradition PNW, not a hazy. Fresh hop beers aren't around for very long, if you see 'em. snag 'em!
