While meeting up with friends for beers at Ozzie's in Queen Anne this week I opted for a Red Ale from Hellbent Brewing Company in Lake City. This is a brew with nice balanced flavors. Malt, hops, and it's medium bodied. Not too malty, which is always a worry for me in this style. It's refreshing and tasty. I tend to be such a hophead, this was a nice departure to that. Once again, Hellbent proves they are cranking out some really high quality beers. Cheers!
