This week I went with some friends to a classic Seattle bar called Olaf's. No fluff, no bells and whistles...no bespoke fancy cocktails. But a great tap list. Olaf's has rotating taps, so you never know what you're going to find, but it's all fantastic. Hazy IPA's were the order for this crew. Future Primitive Brewing; The 206 IPA. It's a NE Hazy. Hop bomb. Packed full of flavor. If you're looking for a light summertime sipper, this isn't going to be your jam. Want some complex hop flavors from Mosaic, Chinook, & Cashmere Hops? Then you'll love this. Incredible beer. I need to visit Future Primitive (White Center)...they have a smoked lager, which I'm a sucker for. Smoked anything. Well, that and a big IPA. Well done FP.
