Cairn Brewing for this week's blog. A style that you don't see a ton of. English Bitter. Machine House and Foggy Noggin do a great job with Brit beers...and so does Cairn! It's very true to the style. They tend to be malty, and lower ABV. But don't worry, there are also hops. Cairn is in Kenmore, and has a ton of different offerings. IPA, Scotch, Brown, Saison, Pilsner...They're brewing a lot. Great beer, pretty location, delicious food trucks, what's not to love?
