There is a holiday weekend ahead of us. One of the great things about having a Kegerator is not having to worry about having enough beer for your guests. One of the bad things is trying to decide which delicious beer to fill it with. We get two 1/6 kegs, which means you can have two very different styles. Matt and I headed to Stoup Brewing in Ballard this week. We got Pils and Citra. So one is easy drinking pilsner, and the other is a hoptastic IPA. Citra has long been one of my favs. And the Pils has flavor but is also light enough for these Summer days. Stoup is brewing a ton of stuff. Yes there is a lot of IPA. But to many of us beer drinkers that is a good thing. If you visit Stoup in Ballard you'll find tons of choices, from hoppy to not. And they have a great outdoor space, some indoor too, and food trucks. Yay. Have a safe and happy holiday weekend! Cheers.
