Pilsner, IPA, Scotch, Stout...those are just some of the styles I've had from Sumerian Brewing Co. And they are all so good. This week I picked up their Hysteria hazy IPA and their Holy Water Citra IPA. They are quite different in flavor, but the same in quality/taste. The Hazy is juicy. The Citra has all the floral and citrus you want and expect. You can find their beer in lots of stores, and if you haven't picked any up yet it's time to change that! Or visit them in Woodinville.
