When you think of Stout, you think of a deep, dark, rich beer. How about one that is pale in color, but has the same head and mouthfeel! Imagine closing your eyes, drinking a beer, tasting stout, and opening your eyes to straw colored beer. Sort of a head tweak, right? That's what Postdoc Brewing in Redmond has done with their White Stout. This beer is super tasty, and has all the sensibilities of a regular stout...but it messes with your head (in a good way) by being pale in color. Guess you can't judge a book by its cover. Postdoc is coming out with some innovative and delicious beers, this one is no exception.
