A trip to Holy Mountain Brewing is always fun, because you never know what you're going to get. I mean, you know you're going to get great beer, but not what style. They're always changing the menu, always offering up something new and interesting. And I mean it, it's always good. This trip, I had a DIPA. An 8% ABV double IPA. Ridiculously good. For my second, I had the Black Beer, which is a dark ale, clocking in at just 4.5%. Balances out, right?! Matt had an oak fermented Saison called Ashen Glow. They brew amazing beer, but they're also creative. You won't be disappointed if you make a visit! Details on their brewery are HERE.
