A place I've not been...until now...is the Columbia River Gorge. I flew in to see friends in Portland, who promptly drove me back to WA. We drove all along the river, with the destination being Everybody's Brewing in White Salmon, WA. What a gorgeous drive. The sun was shining, the river blue, and delicious beer awaited me! Everybody's Brewing is in a fabulous spot. Big, open, airy, and a great outdoor set up as well. We tried a lot of different beers, and indulged in fried pickles. Might be my favorite fried pickles of all time. But back to the beer! We had some incredible fresh hop IPA's. Tis the season. Tried the Pink Guava Sour. The Vienna Lager. And the Oatmeal Stout. Loved 'em all. Everybody's is brewing some amazing beers. You can find it in the Seattle area, but if you find yourself near White Salmon, stop in for a visit. The pub, like their beer, is top notch.
