Sarah's Beer of the Week 06.23.2021

This week's blog features Cloudburst Brewing. I used to visit them near Pike Place Market all the time when I lived in Belltown. Lo and behold they now have a location in Ballard. I went to try some new beers, and to stock up on their cans. I picked up a style I love but is hard to find, Smoked Porter. YUM. We also picked up a double IPA and a pilsner. Just to be well-rounded. I haven't had a 'miss' yet with Cloudburst, they're brewing some great standards and some really interesting beers as well.

While there, we had to try out the food truck as well. Dumplings! Plenty of Clouds Dump Truck, serving Sichuan and Yunnan style, which meant HOT and SPICY! Good stuff x 2.
