Like many, having a love of beer can lead to compulsive buying. Oftentimes if I see a brewery I've never tried before I feel compelled to purchase it. I don't even research it to see if it's got a good reputation! This is especially true of beers from WA and Oregon. I spotted some big boy cans from Sisters Oregon and had to buy them for just that reason. I'd never heard of them. Three Creeks Brewing. It made sense to buy all three styles the store had. Mexican Lager, IPA and a Hazy IPA. I'm an admitted hophead, but I love Mexican Lager. Three Creeks brews a great one. Both of the IPA's were fantastic as well. It's fun to roll the dice on an unfamiliar brewery. I'd recommend doing it. You never know what gems you might find!
