Tis the season...Fresh Hop Season! Yay. I tend to try as many as possible. This week it's from Two Beers Brewing Co. I used to love hanging out in their taproom. Until that's a 'thing' again I will drink their beer while hanging out at home. They brew some fantastic beer, and their fresh hop never disappoints. I love their description, it does it justice. "A little bit of funk from the yeast meets a grassy lemon finish from the hops. Notes of wheat and apricot dance through the middle to make one crushable 6.2%IPA. Potentially the first Fresh Hop beer in the world is ready in our tasting room right now!"
