I spotted something super interesting this week. Silver City Brewery's Irresistible Bliss. It's a strawberry vanilla IPA. What?! Never seen something like this, so I had to give it a try. There are certainly beers that are nice for after dinner, or even a dessert, but this combo is a first for me. The first flavor to hit is definitely the strawberry, and then sweetness, but then it finishes dry like an IPA. Wild. What an unusual combo! If you don't think you like IPA, this would be a good one for you to try. Or if you like fruit beers, or beers on the sweeter side you'll love this. My friends at Silver City have put out a really nice afternoon summertime refresher. Normally I drink the Ziggy Zoggy in the Summer, which is delicious and on the more traditional side. Irresistible Bliss is outside the box, in a good way!! Silver City has tons of different styles, all of it top notch.
