Alice in Chains made their first live concert appearance kicking off their 2022 U.S. tour. The concert marked the first time the band had performed a full live show since September 2019. “Awesome first show after three years,” bassist Mike Inez wrote in an Instagram post following the performance. “Felt good to make some noise.”

The first live dates they played were as The Yardbirds, and it was not until the following month when they started to use the name Led Zeppelin.
And in 1989 – The two-day Moscow Music Peace Festival was held at The Lenin Stadium in Moscow, Russia. Western Acts included Motley Crue, Ozzy Osbourne, Bon Jovi, Skid Row and The Scorpions. This was the first time that an audience had been allowed to stand up and dance at a concert in the Soviet Union.
