A Star For The Chili Peppers & Liam Gallagher Thinks Rock Stars Are Boring

The Red Hot Chili Peppers will be honored with the 2,717th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame next Thursday. P-Funk’s George Clinton, who produced the group’s 1985 record, will unveil the star alongside actor Woody Harrelson.

Liam Gallagher whose next album comes out in May gave an interview, saying that the “majority of rock stars are useless and live boring lives”. Dave Grohl, who worked with him on the album seems to agree, praising Liam and calling him “one of the few last remaining rock stars.”

In the History of Rock in 1965 – Things got shocking for The Rolling Stones on stage in Denmark. Mick Jagger received an electric shock from a faulty microphone, that spun him around the stage – and into Brian Jones. The guitarist, then backed into Bill Wyman – who fell down, unconscious, onstage.

And in 1977 – Fleetwood Mac released ‘Dreams’ from their eleventh studio album Rumours which became their first and only U.S. number 1 hit single.
