You Can Buy Kurt Cobain's Home, Funko Pop's Eddie Van Halen Pop Figurine

If you’ve ever wanted to live like Kurt Cobain, now is your opportunity. One of the late Nirvana front man’s childhood homes is for sale. The house is in Montesano, Washington and is listed at $279,900.

Funko has just announced the newest collectible figurine in its Pop! Rocks line, guitar hero Eddie Van Halen. The Van Halen Funko Pop features Van Halen’s signature red, white and black Frankenstrat and they are already taking preorders.

In the History of Rock in 1971 – Frank Zappa was pushed by an angry fan into the orchestra pit during a concert in London, England. Zappa suffered a broken leg and ankle, as well as a fractured skull. He would spend 9 months in a wheelchair and another 3 months in a surgical brace. Zappa had allegedly been flirting with the fan’s girlfriend.

In 2007 – Led Zeppelin reunited for the Ahmet Ertegun Tribute Concert at the O2 Arena in London, with Jason Bonham taking his father’s place on drums. According to Guinness World Records, the show set a record for the “Highest Demand for Tickets for One Music Concert” as 20 million requests were submitted online.

And in 2015 – Janis Joplin’s psychedelic 1965 Porsche sold at Sotheby’s car auction in New York. The car was originally expected to fetch between $400,000 and $600,000 but went for $1.76 million.
